Founder & President
Alex Weeks is the Founder and President of Electra Digital, a pioneer in digital land records.
Alex began his career at IBM in the 1990s. First as a programmer, and later a support specialist on the Unix-based RISC System/6000 in Southbury, Connecticut and Austin, Texas.
Alex studied Economics, Econometrics, Statistics and Game Theory in post graduate programs at New Mexico State University and Texas A&M University.
Alex is a big-data specialist and data scientist with decades of application development experience. Alex is a frequent consultant to Federal, state and local government agencies regarding big-data analysis, digital records management and best practices.
Alex graduated from New Mexico State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and holds Master of Arts in Economics.

Bryan Smith
Project Manager & Lead Developer
Bryan manages Electra's Real Estate and Aviation products, including Digital Abstracts & IRIS.
Bryan is also the creative inspiration and development force behind most of Electra's special projects, including the 911 PSAP Covid-19 case locator and Cortex jail/detainee release system.
Bryan started his career as an intern at Electra in 2014 and quickly rose to team lead and later project manager.
Bryan is an expert in digital imaging and digital image formats. Several title plants and image repositories have been saved or reconstructed as a direct result of Bryan's involvement. Bryan is also an expert in Computer Vision and Optical Character Recognition, especially as it pertains to reading real estate documents. Bryan is known in the industry as "the TIFF whisperer" as he can often revive lost document repositories.
Bryan graduated from Oklahoma City Community College as a double major in Computer Programming and Web Design / Development.
Other Professional Experience and Community Involvement
FIRST Robotics - Bryan mentors the Francis Tuttle FIRST Robotics team. FIRST's mission is to inspire young people to be science and technology leaders, and Bryan's strong leadership skills lead the team every year.
First Lego League – Bryan is a long-time FLL volunteer. FLL introduces science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) to children ages 4 to 16 through fun and hands-on learning. Every year Bryan inspires and mentors kids in coding, critical thinking, and design skills.
ALEXANDRA COX
Developer & Product Manager
Alex is Electra’s User Interface and User Experience (UI/UX) expert. Alex designs innovative and intuitive UI solutions for complex business applications. Alex meets with clients, defines needs, develops bespoke solutions, and measures post-deployment effectiveness and engagement.
Alex’s expertise extends beyond traditional application development to alternative engagement channels such as automated two-way text messaging and API integration with common productivity apps. Alex’s toolbox is deep and includes tools such as A/B testing, user engagement mapping, and seamless accessibility tools for disability engagement and compliance.
Alex graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a BBA in Management Information Systems.

Alex is an avid equestrian and Hunter Jumper enthusiast.
Additionally, Alex volunteers with the Pets & People Humane Society socializing and exercising shelter pets.
